The legal essentials, written as plainly as we can manage. By booking a stay, you agree to these terms and our house rules.

Booking & payment

Reservations are confirmed once payment is received in full. By completing a booking, you agree to our house rules and cancellation policy.

Cancellation & refunds

Full refund for cancellations 14 days or more before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days before. No refund within 7 days, though we will attempt to rebook the dates and refund what we can.

Liability

Guests use the property at their own risk. The host is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft beyond what is required by law. We maintain the house to a high standard, but antique floors and staircases require ordinary care.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
